Coaching Philosophy
Strive to develop and cultivate a passion for and understanding of volleyball at an early age. Cultivate competitive mindset, team interaction, team culture, and physical training that enhance performance. Provide focused, creative, fun, and disciplined settings to allow high repetitions of “good touches” on the ball; developing muscle memory for proper technique. Nourish the whole person: be positive, encouraging, and approachable.

Personal Background
Patti has a Master's degree in Counseling. She and her husband Gil run a non-profit called Crossroads Mission Care. They have two kids, Chapel and Dylan and have lived in many countries, but have called Colorado Springs home for the past five years.
