Coaching Philosophy
I believe in teaching first and foremost a love for the game of volleyball and being a positive role model for young athletes. It is my goal to focus on helping them to build confidence in themselves and to ingrain a sense of selflessness, respect and positivity to carry forward in their everyday lives.

Personal Background
Kassidi currently works as a Coordinator for USA Volleyball High Performance in Colorado Springs. She resides with her husband Erik in Woodland Park, CO and their 3 dogs (with a baby on the way!). Kassidi is an active volleyball player on the indoor court, grass and sand and also enjoys rock climbing, yoga, hiking & backpacking.
